Tripe is a Beef Offal that is the lining of beef stomach. This part of the Beef is tough and requires long cooking for tenderness. Beef tripe is most often obtained from the first three of the four stomachs of beef cattle (rumen, reticulum, and omasum). It can be exported Cooked or uncooked.
Tripe is very nutritious and a good source of protein. It is also rich in B vitamins and minerals, including calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese and selenium.
Cut and dried into small portions so very easy to feed as a snack or add to the top of your dog’s meal. This is crunchy treat. Chewing rate is relatively quick for most dogs.
